Project 366: Day 8 - Cock-A-KROODLE-Doo!

"Cock-a-doodle-doo!", crowed a rooster on a fine Sunday morning. The next thing I know, I was awake. And then I was taken aback to the good golden old days of my childhood life. Char. Parang ang tanda ko na tuloy. But anyway, hearing the rooster's precious call was a music to my ears.

I don't know why! Some may find it irritating and wanted them to shut up but for me their crows signifies a couple of reasons to live. It signifies a bright cheerful morning and a really exciting day. A fine sunny weather and good things on my way. A cup of hot brewed coffee or a rainbow of joy in every cup of milk tea. But most of all, a rooster's crow is a good reason to Thank God because he still wanted us to live. For without hearing it, we may never have woken up at all. Thank God, I'm alive! :D

But lately, where have the good prolonged cock-a-doodle-doos gone? :(
